All digital products sold through Lead Creatively Digital LLC — including Notion templates, Canva templates, planning guides, workbooks, and any other downloadable resources — are subject to the following terms. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

No Refunds

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned, refunds and exchanges are not offered under any circumstances. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or did not receive your purchase confirmation, contact hello@leadcreativelydigital.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own business or personal purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property.

What You May Do

• Use the template or resource for your own business
• Customize the content to fit your brand
• Purchase a separate copy to use with a client (one purchase per client)

What You May Not Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others — paid or free
• Upload the product to file-sharing platforms or digital marketplaces
• Remove or alter Lead Creatively Digital LLC branding when presenting templates to clients
• Claim the design, system, or framework as your own original work
• Use the product as the basis for a competing template product

No Guarantee of Results

Digital products sold by Lead Creatively Digital LLC are tools and resources designed to support your business. Results — including business growth, website performance, or productivity improvements — are not guaranteed. Outcomes will vary based on how the product is used and factors entirely outside of our control.

Platform Requirements

Some products require a free or paid account with a third-party platform such as Notion or Canva. Lead Creatively Digital LLC is not affiliated with or responsible for these platforms, their pricing changes, feature updates, or availability. If a platform discontinues a feature that affects a template, Lead Creatively Digital LLC is not obligated to issue a replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

All digital products are the intellectual property of Lead Creatively Digital LLC and are protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any digital product is a violation of these terms and may constitute copyright infringement.
