Learn the steps that we’ll take in launching your dream website and designs.


Before we talk colors and fonts, we work together to get clarity on your unique project.

After booking your project with me, you'll fill out your Website Discovery and Strategy Questionnaire; you'll also have the option to hop on a 45 minute review call to go over any questions that you may have while doing this work. This vital part in our project will uncover the true goals of your website. During this essential phase, we'll get clear on your brand's mission, offerings, target audience and what your website must do to move the needle for your business.

I believe that a website is more than a pretty thing that sits on the internet; it should be built with your brand in mind. This phase will help us both know how it should be built to attract your dream customers.

Design and Build

After we discover and strategize, it's time for the fun part; the design and build phase!

During this part of the project, I'll begin working on your website per the discovery and strategy guidelines established in the first step.

We'll communicate and share files using Asana and Google Drive. If you aren't familiar with these pieces of software, no worries! I'll show you exactly how to use them for your project.


After the first design concept is finished, I'll deliver it in Asana for your review. These review files will demonstrate how your website will look and feel to both you and your visitors.

We'll work together even more in this stage to get the design right for your needs. I'll make any changes that you'd like along with setting up business tool integrations to work directly with your website.

These tools include online appointment schedulers, membership and/or course platforms, e-commerce plugin setup and testing, CRM connection, embed codes, and any other tools that you use for your business. Setting up your website to connect with what you already use for your business creates background automations that can save you time.

Launch and Share

After you've approved your design, it's time to get your awesome new website online.

During this phase, you and/or your team will receive an in-depth website tutorial so you'll know exactly how to update any text and images on your site going forward.

There's nothing like the peace of mind in knowing that you'll be able to easily make changes as you build your brand. And the next step will help you to take that even further.


A solid website project doesn't end after the launch; it needs to be taken care of as you're taking your brand to new heights.

That's why I offer monthly website + SEO support built to maintain and keep your shiny-new website updated.

Your brand's goals will change so that means your website should evolve with it. I'll keep it happy and healthy as you focus on growing your business. And don't worry, I'm always around when you need help with adding a new feature to your site or if you're in need of any advice for it.

No. All websites that I design are built custom from top to bottom!

Your new website should be a reflection of what your business brings to the table and should attract your unique target audience. That can not be achieved through pre-made templates.

For brand new website builds, I go with WordPress + Elementor Pro. These are awesome tools that I find are straightforward and easy for my clients to use after their new website is launched.

That’s just my go-to though! You may already have a website set up that needs to be redesigned but would like to stick with what it is currently built on. In this case, I do build custom designs on the following platforms:

  • WordPress + Divi Framework
  • WordPress + Beaver Builder
  • Most WordPress Setups
  • Shopify
  • Squarespace
  • Wix

It’s best if you can source your own photos for your project. If you don’t have professional photos ready for your project, I suggest looking at paid or free stock photography options until you have your own images ready.

Website copy comes with your website project for free, but if you already have your website copy ready, this makes the project a faster process for us!

Not yet. It takes time and good search engine optimization (SEO) to achieve this. However, your site will be optimized for search engines and over time could get on the first page of Google for search terms related to your business. Learn more about my ongoing SEO service here.

Yes! Schedule a complimentary design consult with me so we can discuss the project payment options or custom design retainer programs that work with your business budget.

I do offer a rush service which is billed at an additional 30% of the project fee.

When booking your consult, please let me know how soon your project needs to be completed. Include the core project needs and any other important details.

Rush project requests can also be sent to Include “RUSH PROJECT” in the subject line.

Once your project begins, you should be able to set aside 1-3 hours a week for design feedback. If you plan to be traveling or on vacation during our project, let me know so I can adjust the schedule.

Absolutely! At the end of your project, I offer a complimentary Zoom screen-share tutorial to help you learn how to manage and update your own website. This takes 60-90 minutes depending on the complexity of your website.

Though not required, I do offer ongoing website support subscriptions. Think of it as insurance for your website. Learn more here!

Pretty much right away! To get started, you can approve your project by signing the contract and making the first payment of your total project fee. From here, you will receive an official **Project Kick-off, an email letting you know your next steps!

**Note: Project Kick-off emails are sent between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. If you pay your initial project fee after my office hours, you will receive your kick-off email the next business day.
